We have to show the labour board that enough of us support decertification so they will give us a chance to vote.

If you support this idea then you need to sign a BC Labour Board Form 33A.

We have two versions here, Online or hard copy version. Unless you tell someone, no one will know you have signed to get a vote.

Online Form 33A – Fill it out now This will send you and email to confirm it’s you. After you have filled it out, it will email you a copy and us a copy. This is the most secure way because it makes certain that neither the union or management will know if you have signed.

Print and deliver to one of us. You can fill it out partially, then print it and sign it, then give it to one of us. DO NOT give it to anyone in management. This is a bit more work and you will have to make sure no one gets your completed form but us.
